Processing Time

  • Once payment is cleared.

  • Estimated shipping in 2-4 days.  

  • We will notify you when your order has shipped.

 

Returns

  • If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on Cindi Ressler Studios for any reason, you can return it to us within 21 days of the order date.   As soon as it arrives to us, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.   

  • Please note - Cindi Ressler Studios does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

  • If item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and item.

  • All sale items are final sales.  There will be no returns or exchanges on any sale items. 

 

Exchanges & Cancellations
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Personal Check Policy

If you are not able to pay by credit or with debit card, I will except personal checks with this process.  At this time, I do not do mobile banking.  This is for US orders only. 

Personal Check Process​​

  • Send me an email stating which item(s) you will be purchasing, along with your name, mailing address and phone number.

  • I will then send you an email with the total amount.  I will remove the item(s) from the website for 14 days from the date I receive your email.

  • Please send a check payable to Cindi Ressler by mail for the full amount I have emailed to you.

  • Once I have received your check and it has cleared the bank (usually 5-7 business days) I will send your item(s).

  • I will send you an email when I have shipped your package.

  • Please note that there will be a bounced check fee of $40.00
