Red, Red Raspberries

Been practicing my still life food photography. Not as easy as it looks, but with some patience and time everything came together nicely with this raspberry shoot.

I've been wanting to use the background I made in this photo for a while now I just couldn't find the right subject...at least not until I got some of these red raspberries. The colors complemented each other beautifully. I chose the silver bowl for contrast, but I also loved it and was eager to use it. I finished the photo in lightroom using a preset from 2 Lil Owls and ended in photoshop using textures from my favorite 2 Lil Owls!

The finish photograph is great! I loved the colors of the pink, red of the berries and hints of yellows. Keeping the photograph light and bright and yet giving a vintage feel to the whole photo.
