Cabin Fever!
The last month or so I've had a bad case of cabin fever. I know living in Maine the winters can be long, but this winter for some reason is really bringing on the blues. I think I can speak for many of us when I say....it's time for spring and to put away those winter blues.
So with that said, knowing spring is just around the corner, I'm trying to get back into my creative zone.
I have completed my encaustic wax workshop and working on my cyanotype workshop both of which require ventilation which includes opening a window which in Maine with temperature about freezing isn't going to happen, but when I can I will have all my supplies and be ready to go.
In the meantime I've been practicing my still life work and have come up with a few new images.

This one I just did and I love it! I've always wanted to grow fields and fields of flowers and take them to market. So I recreated a mini version of my dream. I love it when an idea and vision comes together. "Heading to Market" is what I'm calling this one.
